Ingrediënten
200 g boter
200 g suiker
4 eieren
Geraspte citroenschil (1 citroen)
Sap van 1 citroen
125 g maïzena
125 g meel
1 theelepel bakpoeder
Voor het bestrooien
Poedersuiker
Voor het bestrijken
200 g poedersuiker
20 ml citroensap

Bereiding
Roer de boter en de suiker tot er een
crèmige massa ontstaat. Voeg de ei-
eren, het citroensap en de geraspte
schil toe.
Roer het met maïzena en bakpoeder
gemengde meel door de massa heen.
Vet de vorm in en leg er bakpapier in.
Doe het deeg erin en snijd het opper-
vlak met een mes in (ca.1cm diep).
Bak de taart goudgeel.
Haal de taart na het bakken uit de vorm
en verwijder het bakpapier. Bestrooi de
taart met poedersuiker of bestrijk het
gebak met een glazuurlaag van poeder-
suiker en citroensap.

Tips
Variatie 1:
Maak een glazuurlaag van 20ml si-
naasappelsap en suiker en bestrijk de
taart daarmee.
Variatie 2:
Prik meermaals in de gebakken taart
en druppel op die plaatsen Grand
Marnier of Cointreau in de taart.
