4eiwitten
4 eetlepels water, heet
175g suiker
4eidooiers
200g meel
2 theelepels bakpoeder
Ingrediënten fijne taartbodem
6eiwitten
180g suiker
1 pakje vanillesuiker
6eidooiers
90g meel
90g zetmeel

Bereiding deeg
Klop de eiwitten en het water totdat er
een stijve massa ontstaat. Strooi de
suiker er vervolgens langzaam in. Meng
de geklutste dooiers door de massa.
Meng het bakpoeder en het meel. Ver-
deel het mengsel (of zetmeel zonder
bakpoeder) met een zeef over de mas-
sa en meng het geheel.
Vet de bodem van de springvorm licht
in. Dek de bodem vervolgens met bak-
papier af. Doe het deeg in de vorm.
Strijk het deeg glad en bak het goud-
geel.
Maak de deegrand na het bakken los
met een mes. Haal de vorm eraf en ver-
wijder het bakpapier. Snijd de taartbo-
dem twee keer horizontaal door. Be-
strijk met de voorbereide vulling.
