3 tomaten, in blokjes
1 ui, in blokjes
50 g kwark
75 g Goudse kaas, geraspt

Oregano
Voor het bestrijken
1 eidooier
Voor het bestrooien
100 g Goudse kaas, grof geraspt

Glazen schalen
Bereiding
Meng de kwark, de olie, de melk, het
zout en het ei. Roer de helft van het met
bakpoeder gemeng
de meel erdoor‐
heen. De rest voegt u knedend aan de
massa toe. Verdeel het deeg in twee
helften.
Rol de helften op een met meel be‐
str
ooid oppervlak uit tot 40 x 25 cm
grote platen. Verdeel de helft van de in‐
grediënten voor de vulling over de ene
plaat.
Rol de plaat met de vulling op. Snijd de
r
ol in 8 schijfjes. Leg de schijfjes op met
bakpapier afgedekte glazen schalen.
Bereid de tweede deeghelft met de rest
van de vullin
g op dezelfde manier voor.
Bestrijk de deegslakken met eidooier.
Strooi er kaas over en bak ze goudgeel.

Temperatuur: 150–170 °C
Niveau: 1e en 3e van onderen
Bereidingstijd: 30–40 minuten
