Totale bereidingstijd: 90–100 minuten

Ingrediënten
1 groot blik tonijn (500 g)
2 grote uien
40 g olijfolie
1 eetlepel paprika, edelzoet
600 g bladerdeeg
250 g tomatenpuree
1 blik piquillo-paprika (eventueel inge‐
maakte paprikareepjes)
2 eieren, hardgekookt
Voor het bestrijken
1 ei

Bereiding
Hak de uien en fruit deze in een pan
met olijfolie totdat de uien lichtgeel zijn.
Doe de paprika erbij, haal de pan van
de kookplaat en laat de massa afkoe‐
len.
Rol de helft van het bladerdeeg uit
(rond). Doe het deeg in de ronde bak‐
vorm. Het deeg moet iets over de rand
uitsteken. Verdeel de gefruite uien, de
tomatenpuree, de in reepjes gesneden
paprika, de kleingemaakte tonijn en de
fijngehakte, hardgekookte eieren over
het deeg.
Rol ook het resterende bladerdeeg uit
(rond). Leg het deeg in de bakvorm en
sluit de randen af. Bestrijk het pasteitje
met het geklutste ei en plaats het in de
oven.
