200g Salami, gewürfelt
3Tomaten, gewürfelt
1Zwiebel, gewürfelt
50g Quark
75g Gouda, gerieben
Salz
Pfeffer
Oregano
Zum Bestreichen
1Eigelb
Zum Bestreuen
100g Gouda, grob gerieben
Zubehör
Backpapier
Glasschalen
Zubereitung
Quark, Öl, Milch, Salz und Ei miteinan-
der verrühren. Die Hälfte des mit Back-
pulver vermischten Mehles unterrühren,
den Rest unterkneten. Teigmenge hal-
bieren.
Jede Hälfte auf mit Mehl bestäubter
Fläche zu einer 40x25cm großen Plat-
te ausrollen. Die Hälfte der Füllungs-
zutaten darauf verteilen.
Teigplatte mit Füllung aufrollen. Rolle in
je 8Scheiben schneiden. Scheiben auf
mit Backpapier ausgelegte Glasschalen
legen.
Zweite Teighälfte mit der restlichen Fül-
lung ebenso vorbereiten. Teigschne-
cken mit Eigelb bestreichen, mit Käse
bestreuen und goldgelb backen.

Betriebsart: Heißluft plus
Temperatur: 150–170°C
Ebene: 1 und 3 von unten
Garzeit: 30–40Minuten
Alternative Einstellung
Betriebsart: Ober-/Unterhitze
Temperatur: 170–190°C
Ebene: 2 von unten
Garzeit: 30–40Minuten
