Den Pizzaboden mit passierten Toma-

Beliebigen Belag darauf verteilen und
sofort backen.
Zur Herstellung einer Calzone den Teig
auf mit Mehl bestäubter Fläche zu einer
runden Platte ( 30cm) ausrollen. Eine
Plattenhälfte mit der vorbereiteten Fül-
lung belegen. Die andere Teighälfte so
darüber legen, dass ein Halbkreis ent-
steht. Ränder gut zusammendrücken.
Calzone auf die gefettete Glasschale
oder die runde Backform legen, Ober-
fläche mit Milch bestreichen und gold-
gelb backen.

zeit für diese Betriebsarten beträgt
30–40Minuten.
