2sehr reife Tomaten oder 4EL Toma-
tenmark
1000ml Brühe
Salz
Pfeffer
1TL Paprika, edelsüß
½TL Safran, gemahlen
300g Tintenfischringe
200g Miesmuschelfleisch
300g Shrimps
Zubehör
Glasschale
Zubereitung
Mit Automatikprogramm:
Alle Zutaten außer Brühe in die Glas-
schale geben.
Automatikprogramm starten.
Nach 30 und 60Minuten jeweils 500ml
Brühe angießen (gemäß Hinweisen im
Display).
Ohne Automatikprogramm:
Öl in die Glasschale geben. Mit Einstel-
lung Heißluft plus 160°C oder Ober-/
Unterhitze 180°C ca. 10Minuten erhit-
zen. Kleingewürfeltes Hähnchenbrustfi-
let, Zwiebeln und Knoblauchzehen zu-
fügen und ca. 20Minuten garen. Zwi-
schendurch wenden.
Dann Reis, Erbsen, in Streifen geschnit-
tene Paprikaschote, die in Scheiben ge-
schnittenen Tomaten oder das Toma-
tenmark und die Hälfte der Brühe zufü-
gen. Mit Salz, Pfeffer und Safran wür-
zen und 30Minuten offen garen. Zwi-
schendurch umrühren.
Die restliche Brühe, Tintenfischringe,
Muschelfleisch und Shrimps zufügen.
Alles gut miteinander vermengen und
weitere 20Minuten offen garen.
