Lachslasagne
Zubereitungszeit: 90–100Minuten
für ca. 4Portionen
Zutaten
400g Räucherlachs, in Scheiben
12Lasagneplatten ohne Kochen
2Zwiebeln, gewürfelt
20g Butter
2EL Mehl
600ml Milch
300ml Sahne
Salz
Pfeffer
2EL Dill, gehackt
3EL Zitronensaft
2Kohlrabi in Streifen
100g Gouda, gerieben

Auflaufform
Zubereitung
Zwiebelwürfel in Butter andünsten.
Mehl zufügen, verrühren. Unter weite-
rem Rühren Milch und Sahne zugeben.
Mit Salz, Pfeffer und Zitronensaft kräftig
würzen. Soße ca. 10Minuten schwach
kochen lassen. Dill zugeben.
Kohlrabi schälen und in feine Streifen
schneiden. Mit heißem Wasser überbrü-
hen, abtropfen lassen.
Etwas Soße auf den Boden der Auflauf-
form verteilen. Vier Lasagneplatten auf-
legen, darauf Kohlrabistreifen und
Lachsscheiben legen. Wieder Soße dar-
auf verteilen, dann wieder Lasagneplat-
ten, Kohlrabi, Lachs. Restliche vier
Lasagneplatten, restliche Soße ein-
schichten. Mit Käse bestreuen und of-
fen backen.
