Kruimelvruchtentaart
Totale bereidingstijd: 45–60 minuten

Ingrediënten
750–800 g appels
65 g suiker (optioneel)
200 g verse blauwe bessen
75 g meel
90 g bruine suiker
2 theelepels kaneel, gemalen
60 g boter
50 g havervlokken
50 g pecannoten

Vorm 25 cm (geschikt voor de mag‐

on, hittebestendig)
Glazen schaal
Bereiding
Schil de appels. Vierendeel ze en snijd
de stukk
en in schijfjes. Doe de schijfjes
in een ingevette vorm. Strooi er eventu‐
eel suiker over en plaats de vorm op de
glazen schaal. Bereid de schijfjes in de
oven.
Meng in de tussentijd het meel, de brui‐
ne suik
er en het kaneel. Voeg de boter,
de havervlokken en de pecannoten toe
en kneed alles. Vorm hiervan kruimels.
Verdeel eerst de blauwe bessen over de
appels en dan de
kruimels. Zet de be‐
reiding voort.
Laat de kruimelvruchtentaart 10 minu‐
t
en afkoelen. Serveer de taart met slag‐
room of Griekse yoghurt.
