Ingrediënten
300 g rundergehakt
300 g mager varkensgehakt
1 broodje
2 eieren
2 eetlepels paprika, edelzoet
¹/₂ theelepel rozenpaprika
Zout
Peper
3 eetlepels olie
2 uien, in kleine blokjes
50 g bacon, in blokjes
1 rode paprika, in kleine blokjes
1 blik champignonschijfjes (uitlekge‐
wicht 250 g)
125 g Goudse kaas, in blokjes
250 ml bouillon

Glazen schaal
Bereiding
Verhit de olie en het bacon in een pan.
F
ruit de uitjes daarin. Voeg de paprika‐
blokjes en de uitgelekte champignon‐
schijfjes toe. Meng de kaasblokjes er‐
door als de massa iets is afgekoeld.
Laat het broodje ca. 10 minuten in koud
wat
er inweken. Pers het water eruit en
meng het brood met het rundergehakt,
het varkensgehakt, de eieren, de papri‐
ka, de rozenpaprika, het zout en de pe‐
per.
Doe het groentemengsel bij het gehakt.
Meng alles goed en geef het gehakt
een ova
le broodvorm. Doe het gehakt
in de ingevette glazen schaal. Bereid
het vlees onafgedekt.
Voeg na 20 minuten de bouillon toe.
