1 theelepel mosterd
30 g boter
100 ml room of crème fraîche

Bereiding
Kruid het vlees met zout, peper en pa‐
prika. Bestrijk het vlee
s met mosterd.
Leg er blokjes boter op, doe het vlees
in de gourmet-braadpan met deksel en
braad het ca. 30 minuten.
Voeg de room, de crème fraîche of wa‐
t
er toe en braad het vlees verder zonder
deksel.
Voeg aan het braadvocht water toe.
Bind het voch
t met voorbereide maïze‐
na.
Snijd het vlees in plakken en dien het
met de fond op.
