Bereiding
Leg de schijfjes tomaat op de bodem
van de ovensch
aal. Leg de visfilet erop.
Meng de ham, de appels, de augurk, de
ui en de kapper
tjes en verdeel de mas‐
sa over de vis. Strooi de met peterselie
gemengde kaas erover.
Verdeel de boter in vlokjes over het op‐
per
vlak en bak de vis goudgeel (onaf‐
gedekt).
