Kaasknoedels
Totale bereidingstijd: 50–60 minuten
voor 4 porties
Ingrediënten
300 g witbrood
200 ml melk, lauw
1 ui, in blokjes
10 g boter
150 g Goudse kaas, grof geraspt
150 g tilsiter, grof geraspt
3 eetlepels peterselie, gehakt
25 g meel
3 eieren
Zout
Peper
Accessoires
Braadpan
Bereiding
Snijd het witbrood in kleine blokjes.
Giet de melk er
over en laat het geheel
ca. 30 minuten staan. Fruit de uiblokjes
in boter goudbruin.
Doe de uien, de kaas, de peterselie, het
meel, de eier
en en de kruiden bij het
witbrood en meng alles goed.
Maak van de massa 8–10 knoedels.

eg de knoedels naast elkaar in een
schaal. Bereid de knoedels afgedekt
met 600 Watt gedurende ca. 6 minuten
en aansluitend met 450 Watt gedurende
ca. 5 minuten.
Giet eventueel gebruinde boter over de
knoe
dels. Een heerlijk gerechtje in com‐
binatie met een tomatensalade of toma‐
tensaus.
