Wählen Sie die niedrigere Temperatur der Tabellenan-
gaben.
Bei höheren Temperatur als angegeben verkürzt sich
zwar die Backzeit, aber die Bräunung kann sehr un-
gleichmäßig werden und das Backgut unter Umständen
nicht gar werden.

Prüfen Sie nach der kürzesten Backzeit, ob das Back

Stechen Sie mit einem Holzstäbchen in den Teig. Haften
keine feuchten Teigkrümel am Holzstäbchen, ist das
