Verwarm het grillelement ongeveer 5 minuten voor. Laat
hierbij de deur dicht.
Temperatuur

Plat vlees (bijvoorbeeld karbonade en biefstuk):
275 °C.
Dikkere stukken (bijvoorbeeld gevogelte en rollade):
240 °C.
Stel de temperatuur niet hoger in dan aangegeven.
Het vlees wordt anders wel bruin, maar niet gaar.
Tijden voor het grille-
ren
Zie tabel.
Bij platte stukken vlees/vis per kant ca.6–8minuten.
Voor hogere stukken is iets meer tijd nodig.
Voor rollade, etc.: ca. 10 minuten per cm dikte.
Draai het vlees halverwege de tijd om.
