Aardappelgratin in
mosterdsaus
Ingrediënten voor ongeveer 4
porties:
800 g aardappelen
Zout, peper
1 fijngesnipperde ui
1 fijngesnipperd teentje knoflook
30 g boter
2 eetlepels graanmosterd
250 ml groentebouillon (instant)
1 doosje saffraan
125 ml room
50 g geraspte gouda
Bereiding:
1. Schil de aardappelen, snij ze in
plakjes en kook deze ongeveer
5 minuten in zout water. Giet ze af en
doe ze in een vuurvaste schaal.
2. Stoof de fijngesnipperde ui en
knoflook in boter. Doe de mosterd, de
bouillon, de saffraan en de room erbij
en breng dit aan de kook. Kruiden met
zout en peper.
3. Giet de saus over de
aardappelplakjes. Bestrooi dit met de
kaas en laat het gerecht onafgedekt in
de oven gaar worden.
