Ingrediënten voor ongeveer 16
porties:
Deeg:
500 g bloem
1 blokje gist (42 g)
250 ml lauwwarme melk
50 g vloeibare boter
50 g suiker
1ei
1 snuifje zout
Vulling:
125 g zachte boter
125 g suiker
1ei
350 g kwark
1 eetlepel maizena
3 eetlepels citroensap
Bestrooiing:
350 g bloem
200 g suiker
1/2 theelepel kaneel
200 g gesmolten boter
Bereiding:
1. Doe de bloem in een kom en maak
een kuiltje. Verkruimel de gist in het
kuiltje, doe wat melk en bloem erbij en
laat dit ongeveer 15 minuten rijzen.
2. Doe de rest van de
deegingrediënten erbij en meng alles
tot een glad deeg. Laat het deeg
ongeveer 15 minuten rijzen en rol het
uit op de universele plaat.
3. Klop de boter romig met de suiker en
het ei. Doe de kwark, de maizena en
het citroensap al roerend erbij. Bestrijk
het gistdeeg met het kwarkmengsel.
4. Meng de bloem met de suiker en de
kaneel. Doe wat afgekoelde boter erbij.
Kneed alle ingrediënten tot kruimels.
Strooi de kruimels over de kwarkvulling.
5. Nog ongeveer 15 minuten laten rijzen
en vervolgens goudgeel bakken.

Baktijd: 55-60 minuten

Temperatuur: 160-180 °C

Baktijd: 45-55 minuten +
voorverwarmen
