Dikkere stukken (bijvoorbeeld gevogelte en rollade):
240 °C.
Stel de temperatuur niet hoger in dan aangegeven.
Het vlees wordt anders wel bruin, maar niet gaar.
Tijden voor het grille-
ren
Zie tabel.
Bij platte stukken vlees/vis per kant ca. 6-8 minuten.
Voor dikkere stukken is iets meer tijd nodig.
Zorg dat de stukken ongeveer gelijk dik zijn, zodat de
bereidingstijden niet teveel verschillen.
Voor rollade, etc.: ca. 10 minuten per cm dikte.
Draai het vlees halverwege de tijd om.
