Laat de ovendeur tijdens het grille

kan de bedieningsknoppen verwar

men. Daar kan u zich aan verbran

Om vlakke gerechten te grilleren en om
te gratineren.
Circulatiegrill N
Om levensmiddelen met een grotere
diameter te grilleren, bv. gevogelte, rol-
lade.
Breng steeds de vetfilter voor de
aanzuigopening van de ventilator
aan indien u voor circulatiegrill kiest.
Het grillgerecht voorbereiden
Spoel het vlees snel onder koud stro
-
mend water af en droog het goed af.
Lapjes vlees voor het grilleren niet
zouten. Anders gaat de jus verloren.
Mager vlees kan u met olie bestrijken.
Andere vetsoorten worden vlug te don
-
ker of beginnen te roken.
Platte vis en vislapjes schoonmaken. U
kan ze eventueel zouten en eventjes
met citroen besprenkelen.
Grilleren op het rooster
^
Schuif de afdruipschaal onder het
rooster.
^ Leg het grillgerecht op het rooster.
^ Kies de gewenste grillsoort en de
temperatuur.
^ Laat de grillweerstand ca. 5 minuten
met gesloten ovendeur voorver-
warmen.
^ Schuif het grillgerecht in de oven en
doe de ovendeur dicht.
Vlakke grillgerechten
= op niveau 3 of 4
Grillgerechten met grotere diameter
= op niveau 1 of 2

Draai het gerecht na de helft van de
grilltijd om.
