I have a problem with my Miele H4081BM microwave oven. Inside the oven compartment there is a top fitted grill that swings down from the top to allow you to clean the interior of the oven. The grill is secured to the top of the oven by a bolt that protrudes from the top of the compartment onto which a nut screws. I have had to replace this nut twice in the last 2 years as it simply drops from its securing bolt. What appears to be happening is that the screw thread on the nut disappears, although I'm not sure why this happens. Miele have advised that the best they can do is offer a visit by a tradesman, but this comes at a c cost of £130, presumably plus any parts etc. Do you have a solution for this problem?
