Tips voor het bakken
Wij de adviseren ovenfunctie "Boven
-
warmte C" voor:
hoge taarten:
190 °C, 100-120 minuten,
schuimgebak:
170-190 °C, 10-15 minuten.
Gebruik voor vruchtentaart de braad
-
slede. Er kan dan geen vruchtensap
overlopen en de ovenruimte blijft
schoon.
Vruchtensap dat van de bakplaat
druppelt, kan vlekken veroorzaken
die niet meer te verwijderen zijn.
Gebruik voor bakken bij voorkeur
donkere bakvormen. Deze nemen de
warmte goed op en geven deze snel
door aan het deeg. Blanke vormen
daarentegen reflecteren de warmte.
Hierdoor neemt de baktijd toe en
wordt de taart niet gelijkmatig bruin.
Gistdeeg kunt u in de oven laten rij-
zen. Zet de functieschakelaar op
"Hetelucht D" en verlaag de voorge
-
programmeerde temperatuur tot
30 °C. Dek de schaal af!
Tips om energie te besparen
Voorverwarmen is alleen nodig bij
"Boven- en onderwarmte A", wan
-
neer de baktijd korter is dan 30 mi
-
nuten, of bij kwetsbaar gebak, zoals
biscuit.
Benut de mogelijkheid om bij de
ovenfunctie "Hetelucht D" op meer
-
dere niveaus tegelijk te bakken.
Schakel de oven ca. 5 minuten voor
het einde van de bereidingstijd uit en
laat het gebak 5-10 minuten in de
restwarmte van de gesloten oven
staan.
