Om te stoven kan u de volgende
werkwijzen gebruiken:
Hete lucht D
Boven- en onderwarmte A
Geschikt is volgend vaatwerk:
vormen van vuurvast glas en porselein,
römertopf, kookgerei met tegen hitte
bestande handvatten.

Schuif het rooster in niveau 1 en zet
het vaatwerk erop.

Stel de werkwijze en de tempera
-
tuur in.
Hete lucht D . . . . . . . . . . . 170–190 °C
Boven- en onderwarmte A 190–210 °C
Tijd om te stoven:
Soufflé . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . 40 – 60 min.
Tips om te stoven:
Zet een deksel op de recipiënt
bij spijzen die u wenst te stoven of te la
-
ten sudderen als bv. aardappelen of
groenten.
Daardoor vermijdt u dat de spijzen uit
-
drogen. Hebt u geen deksel voor de re
-
cipiënt bij de hand? Dan kan u ook alu
-
miniumfolie of nat perkamentpapier ge
-
bruiken.
Stoof de levensmiddelen zonder dek
-
sel indien u een croquant korstje ver
-
kiest, bv. op vlees of gratin.
Om te stoven kan u het vaatwerk ook
boven elkaar plaatsen. Leg het deksel
van de onderste recipiënt dan omge-
keerd.
Spijzen die moeten bruinen, plaatst u
dan bovenaan.
