Le plat à tarte HBF27-1 non-perforé
convient parfaitement à la préparation
de quiches à base de pâte à pain ou de
pâte brisée, de tartes sucrées ou sa-
lées, de gratins de fruits, galettes, piz-
zas ainsi qu'au réchauffage de quiches
ou de pizzas surgelées.
Le moule rond perforé HBFP27-1 a
été spécialement conçu pour la prépa-
ration de pâtisseries, viennoiseries, piz-
zas bien croustillantes, de pains et de
petits pains. Les fines perforations per-
mettent de dorer également les ali-
ments par le dessous.
Vous pouvez également l'utiliser pour
sécher/déshydrater les aliments.
La surface émaillée des deux moules
est traitée avec un revêtement
PerfectClean.
Insérez la grille et posez le moule
dessus.

La pierre à pizza vous permet d'obtenir
des résultats de cuisson parfaits pour
les spécialités à la pâte croustillante,
comme les pizzas, les quiches, le pain,
les petits pains, les petits fours salés ou
autres.
Cet accessoire est à base de pierre ré-
fractaire vitrifiée. Pour positionner et re-
tirer les aliments, une pelle en bois non
traité est fournie.
Insérez la grille et placez la pierre
dessus.

La plaque à griller et rôtir se place dans
la plaque de cuisson multi-usages.
La plaque à griller et rôtir évite que le
jus de viande ne brûle, afin qu'il puisse
être réutilisé en fin de cuisson.
