Vlees voorbereiden
Spoel het vlees af met koud water en
droog het goed af. Zout het vlees niet
voor het grilleren, anders verliest het
zijn vocht.
Bestrijk mager vlees met een beetje
olie. Andere soorten vet worden snel te
donker of zorgen voor rookontwikke-
ling. Kip kan met boter bestreken wor-
den.
Platte vissen en moten vis kunt u zou-
ten en met een beetje citroensap be-
sprenkelen.
Grilleren op het rooster
Zet de grilleerinrichting in elkaar
zoals op de afbeelding hierboven.
Leg het vlees op het rooster.
Kies de gewenste ovenfunctie.
Temperatuur instellen
gerecht temperatuur
plat
karbonade, biefstuk 275°C
dik
gevogelte, rollade 240°C
Als tijdens het grilleren blijkt dat het
vlees aan de buitenkant al een korstje
krijgt, terwijl het van binnen nog niet
gaar is, dan kunt u op een lagere tem-
peratuur verder grilleren.
