Den Anschlußstecker des Spei-
senthermometers bis zum spürbaren
Einrasten in die Anschlußbuchse
stecken.
Den Funktionswähler auf die ge-
wünschte Betriebsart drehen.
Es leuchten
die Backofen-Vorschlagstempera-
tur im Anzeigefeld des Backofens,
die Kontrollampe der Taste ,,+/–“.
Die Backofen-Vorschlagstemperatur
kann, wenn erforderlich, geändert wer-
den.
Kurz nach der Eingabe der Soll-Tempe-
ratur leuchten
die Vorschlagskerntemperatur von
60 °C im Anzeigefeld des Backofens,
die Kontrollampe der Taste ,,+/–“.
Die Soll-Kerntemperatur richtet sich
nach dem jeweiligen Gargut (siehe
,,Brattabelle) und kann im Bereich von
20 °C bis 99 °C geändert werden.
Hierzu:
Die Taste ,,e drücken.
Mit der Taste ,,+ oder ,,–“ die ge-
wünschte Temperatur eingeben.
Sobald die Kontrollampe der Taste ,,+/–“
erlöscht,
startet die Backofenbeheizung.
erscheint die Ist-Kerntemperatur im
Anzeigefeld des Backofens. Mißt
das Speisenthermometer weniger
als 20 °C, werden solange 20 °C an-
gezeigt, bis die Temperatur in der
Speise diesen Wert überschreitet.
