Gebruik van de vacuümstanden
Voor het vacumeren zijn 3 standen beschikbaar.

Geschikt voor
zeer drukgevoelige voedingsmiddelen, zoals sla, bessen en
chips;
weckpotten en glazen met twist-off-deksel (schroefdeksel) met
een vloeibare inhoud (zoals fond en ingemaakte groente).
   Marineren, inleggen, sous-vide-bereidingen en invriezen
Geschikt voor
drukgevoelige voedingsmiddelen, zoals visfilets;
sauzen en voedingsmiddelen met veel vocht (50g), zoals ra-
gouts en curry's;
weckpotten en glazen met twist-off-deksel (schroefdeksel) met
een relatief vaste of droge inhoud, zoals marmelade, pesto en
cake.
   Sous-vide-bereidingen, invriezen en voorraden aanleggen
Geschikt voor
vlees en stevige voedingsmiddelen, zoals aardappelen en wor-
tels;
harde kaas (voorraad);
voedingsmiddelen met weinig toegevoegd vocht (50g), zoals
vlees gekruid met kruidenolie.
