Causes d’échec possibles
Manque de fermeté:
Mauvais stockage du yaourt, chaîne du
froid rompue, emballage endommagé,
température de chauffage du lait insuffi-
sante.
Dépôts de liquide
Pots déplacés, refroidissement trop
lent.
Présence de grumeaux
Les yaourts ont été trop chauffés, lait
de mauvaise qualité, lait et yaourt mal
mélangés.
Faire suer le lard
Evite au lard de noircir.
Disposez le lard (en dés, allumettes
ou tranches) dans un récipient non
perforé.
Couvrez votre plat de cuisson avec
un film plastique résistant à la vapeur
et à des températures allant jusqu'à
100°C.
