Thermosonde
La thermosonde permet de surveiller
une cuisson au degré près.
Principe de fonctionnement
Enfoncez la pointe métallique de la
thermosonde dans la viande. La pointe
métallique contient un capteur ther-
mique qui mesure la température à
cœur, c'est-à-dire à l'intérieur de l'ali-
ment, pendant le processus de cuisson.
Pour choisir la température à cœur, te-
nez compte du degré de cuisson sou-
haité et du type de viande préparé. La
gamme de température s'étend de 30 à
99°C.
Le temps de cuisson dépend de diffé-
rents facteurs. Plus la température de
l'enceinte et le cas échéant le taux
d'humidité sont élevés et plus la viande
est fine, plus la température à cœur de-
mandée sera atteinte rapidement.
Dommages provoqués par des
températures élevées.
La thermosonde serait endommagée
en cas de température supérieure à
100°C.
Si vous n'utilisez pas la thermo-
sonde, sortez la de l'enceinte lors du
processus de cuisson.

ser la thermosonde.
