Lachsseite in Blätterteig
Programmdauer: 45 Minuten
Zutaten für 6 Portionen
240 g frischer Blattspinat
375 g Blätterteig
abgeriebene Schale einer Zitrone
100 g Frischkäse
Salz
Pfeffer
1Ei
550 - 575 g Lachsseite, ohne Haut
3 große Zweige Dill
1. Spinat in eine gelochte Garschale
geben und garen. Nach dem Garen in
ein sauberes Geschirrtuch geben und
den Saft auspressen, dann klein ha-
cken.
2. Blätterteig zu einem großen Quadrat
(doppelt so groß wie die Lachsseite)
ausrollen und in zwei kleine Quadrate
schneiden.
3. Zitronenschale, Frischkäse, Salz und
Pfeffer zum Spinat geben und gut ver
-
rühren.
4. Ein Blätterteigquadrat auf ein Back
-
blech geben und mit verquirltem Ei be
-
streichen. Die Spinatmischung gleich
-
mäßig darauf verteilen, die Lachsseite
darauflegen und mit Dill bestreuen.
Nochmals mit Pfeffer würzen.
5. Das zweite Blätterteigquadrat auf
den Fisch legen, die Seitenränder ver
-
schießen und zurechtschneiden. Mit Ei
bestreichen und backen.
