Préparer de la pâte à tartiner
aux fruits
N'utilisez que des aliments frais et en
parfait état sans trace de pourriture.
Bocaux
N'utilisez que des verres parfaitement
nettoyés et rincés avec un couvercle à
vis (contenance maximale 250 ml).
Une fois le bocal rempli, passez un chif‐
fon propre imbibé d'eau chaude sur
son rebord puis fermez-le.
Préparation
Triez soigneusement vos fruits, lavez-
les vite et bien puis faites-les égoutter.
Les fruits rouges s'écrasent très facile‐
ment. Lavez-les délicatement.
Retirez écorces, tiges, noyaux et pé‐
pins.
Réduisez les fruits en purée pour que la
pâte à tartiner ait une consistance as‐
sez ferme. Ajoutez la quantité de sucre
cristal nécessaire (voir indications sur le
paquet). Mélangez bien.
Nous conseillons d'ajouter un peu de
jus de citron si vous utilisez des fruits
ou baies riches en sucre.
Marche à suivre
Remplissez les bocaux au maximum
aux 2/3.
Placez les bocaux ouverts dans un
plat perforé ou sur la grille.
Une fois le programme terminé, enfi‐
lez impérativement des gants de cui‐
sine pour sortir les bocaux du four
vapeur. Laissez-les refroidir 1 ou
2 minutes avant de les fermer hermé‐
tiquement.
