Ingrediënten voor 1 quiche- of pizza

Deeg
125 g tarwebloem
40 ml water
50 g boter
Garnering
25 g doorregen spek, in fijne blokjes
75 g hamspek, in fijne blokjes
100 g gekookte ham, in fijne blokjes
1 klein teentje knoflook
25 g boter
100 g gemalen gouda
100 g gemalen emmentaler
125 ml room
2 eieren maat M
Nootmuskaat
1/2 pakje diepgevroren peterselie
1 snuifje zout
Bereiding:
1. De deegingrediënten kneden tot een
elastisch deeg ontstaat. Even laten
rusten in de koelkast.
2. Voor de garnering boter in een pan
opwarmen, spek, hamspek en ham sto
-
ven en het fijngehakte knoflookteentje
toevoegen.
3. Room, eieren, nootmuskaat en peter
-
selie onder elkaar roeren.
4. Het deeg dun uitrollen en in de
quiche- of pizzavormen leggen, daarbij
de rand omhoog brengen.
5. De ham gelijkmatig over het deeg
verdelen, met kaas bestrooien, met de
vloeistof begieten en bakken.
