Rozijnenbolus
Baktijd ca. 30 minuten
Ingrediënten voor 8-10 stuks:
Deeg
500 g tarwebloem
1 blokje gist
200 ml melk
40 g suiker
1ei
1 snuifje zout
40 g gesmolten boter
Vulling
50 g zachte boter
50 g suiker
200 g rozijnen
1 snuifje zout
2 eetlepels rum
1 theelepel kaneel
Om te bestrijken
100 g poedersuiker
Water
Bereiding:
1. Bloem in een kom doen, melk op
-
warmen en de gist erin oplossen. Dit
mengsel bij de bloem voegen, suiker
toevoegen en afgedekt op een warme
plaats of op 30 °C in het toestel
30 minuten laten rijzen.
2. Ei, zout en boter bij het deeg
voegen, alles omroeren en opnieuw ge
-
durende 30 minuten laten rijzen.
3. Ondertussen de rozijnen in rum mari
-
neren.
4. Deeg uitrollen tot een rechthoek, met
boter bestrijken, suiker met kaneel ver
-
mengen en samen met de
gemarineerde rozijnen gelijkmatig over
het deeg verdelen.
5. Een vaste rol maken van het deeg, in
plakken van 1,5 cm dikte snijden, op
een ingevette en met bloem bestrooide
bakplaat leggen en bakken.
6. Na het bakken nog heet bestrijken
met in water opgelost poedersuiker.
