Rosinenschnecken
Backzeit ca. 30 Minuten
Zutaten für8-10Stück:
Teig
500 g Weizenmehl
1 Würfel Hefe
200 ml Milch
40 g Zucker
1Ei
1 Prise Salz
40 g flüssige Butter
Füllung
50 g weiche Butter
50 g Zucker
200 g Rosinen
1 Prise Salz
2ELRum
1 TL Zimt
Zum Bestreichen
100 g Puderzucker
Wasser
Zubereitung:
1. Mehl in eine Schüssel geben, Milch
erwärmen und die Hefe darin auflösen.
Diese Mischung zum Mehl geben, Zu

cker hinzufügen und abgedeckt an ei
-
nem warmen Ort oder bei 30 °C im Ge
-
rät 30 Minuten gehen lassen.
2. Ei, Salz und Butter zum Teig geben,
alles miteinander verrühren und erneut
für 30 Minuten gehen lassen.
3. In der Zwischenzeit die Rosinen in
Rum einlegen.
4. Teig zu einem Rechteck ausrollen,
mit Butter bestreichen, Zucker mit Zimt
mischen und zusammen mit den einge
-
legten Rosinen gleichmäßig auf dem
Teig verteilen.
5. Teig zu einer festen Rolle formen, in
1,5 cm dicke Scheiben schneiden, auf
ein gefettetes und mit Mehl bestäubtes
Backblech legen und backen.
6. Nach dem Backen noch heiß mit in
Wasser aufgelöstem Puderzucker be
-
streichen.
