Backzeit ca. 40 Minuten
Zutaten für 1 Wähe - oder Pizzaform:
Teig
125 g Weizenmehl
40 ml Wasser
50 g Butter
Belag
25 g durchwachsener Speck, fein ge
-
würfelt
75 g Schinkenspeck, fein gewürfelt
100 g gekochter Schinken, fein gewür
-
felt
1 kleine Knoblauchzehe
25 g Butter
100 g geriebener Gouda
100 g geriebener Emmentaler
125 ml Sahne
2 Eier Größe M
Muskatnuss
1/2 Päckchen TK - Petersilie
1 Prise Salz
Zubereitung:
1. Die Teigzutaten so lange verkneten,
bis ein elastischer Teig entstanden ist.
Im Kühlschrank etwas ruhen lassen.
2. Für den Belag Butter in einer Pfanne
erhitzen, Speck, Schinkenspeck und
Schinken dünsten und die feingehackte
Knoblauchzehe dazugeben.
3. Sahne, Eier, Muskatnuss und Petersi
-
lie miteinander verrühren.
4. Den Teig dünn ausrollen und in die
Wähe- oder Pizzaformen legen, dabei
den Rand hochziehen.
5. Schinken gleichmäßig auf dem Teig
verteilen, mit Käse bestreuen, mit der
Flüssigkeit begießen und backen.
