Faire suer le lard
Evite au lard de noircir.
Marche à suivre
Disposez le lard (en dés, allumettes
ou tranches) dans un récipient non
perforé.
Couvrez votre plat de cuisson avec
un couvercle ou un film plastique ré-
sistant à la vapeur et à des tempéra-
tures allant jusqu'à 100°C.
Réglages
Température: 100°C
Temps de cuisson: 4 minutes
Stériliser de la vaisselle
Au terme de ce processus de stérilisa-
tion au four vapeur, vaisselle et bibe-
rons seront aussi stériles que si vous
les aviez fait bouillir. Toutefois, vérifiez
avant de commencer que toutes les
pièces résistent bien à la vapeur et à
des températures allant jusqu'à 100°C.
Démontez les différentes pièces du bi-
beron et ne les remontez pas avant
qu'elles soient complètement sèches.
Vous évitez ainsi la prolifération de
germes.
Marche à suivre
Disposez toutes les pièces à stériliser
dans un plat de cuisson perforé, de
telle sorte qu'elles ne se touchent pas
(couchées ou avec ouverture vers le
bas). Chaque partie des pièces à sté-
riliser bénéficie ainsi des bienfaits de
la vapeur.
Glissez le plat de cuisson sur le ni-
veau inférieur.

Température: 100°C
Temps de cuisson: 15 minutes
