moet de inmaaktijd met 15 minuten worden ver

kort, voor potten van 0,25 l met 20 minuten.
Ga als volgt te werk:
^
Schuif de opvangschaal in de oven
(inschuifhoogte 1) en leg het rooster
op de schaal.
^
Neem weckpotten die ongeveer even
groot zijn en plaats deze zo op het
rooster dat ze elkaar niet raken.
Zo kan de hete stoom ongehinderd tus
-
sen de weckpotten komen.
Wij adviseren de potten als volgt in de
oven te zetten (zie afbeelding):

^ Kies het programma KOKEN univer-
seel Q en verlaag de voorgepro
-
grammeerde temperatuur tot 80 -
90 °C (zie tabel).
^
Stel de inmaaktijd in (zie tabel).
^
Druk op Start.
^
Maak gebruik van de restwarmte en
haal de weckpotten pas 30 minuten
na het uitschakelen uit de ovenruim
-
te.
^
Laat de potten daarna ca. 24 uur
langzaam afkoelen, afgedekt met een
doek.
