Tipps zum Braten
Wischen Sie vor jedem Gebrauch
die Bratplatte feucht ab, um Staub

partikel oder andere Rückstände zu
entfernen.
Heizen Sie die Bratplatte grundsätz

lich 8 -10 Minuten vor. Stellen Sie
dazu die Leistungsstufe ein, mit der
Sie anschließend garen möchten. Bei
den Einstellbereichen 9 bis 12 kann
mit Leistungsstufe 12 vorgeheizt wer
-
den.
Die Bratplatte muss vor allem bei
Fleisch ausreichend heiß sein. Bei zu
geringer Temperatur tritt zu viel
Fleischsaft aus.
Sie benötigen zum Garen auf der
Bratplatte nur wenig, bei mariniertem
Bratgut kein Fett. Wenn Sie Bratfett
verwenden, geben Sie dies erst auf
die Bratplatte, wenn die Temperatur-
kontrollleuchte erloschen ist.
Verwenden Sie nur Fette bzw. Öle,
die hocherhitzbar sind.
Wir empfehlen, Bratgut zu marinie
-
ren. Dadurch schmeckt es beson
-
ders aromatisch.
Tupfen Sie feuchtes Bratgut mit Kü
-
chenkrepp trocken, um Spritzer zu
vermeiden.
Salzen Sie Fleisch erst nach dem
Braten, da es sonst trocken wird.
