Instalare
Multumita cablului de alimentare la 12V, M-5 nu trebuie neaparat montat in interio-
rul autovehiculului precum CB-urile clasice, ci se poate instala cu usurinta oriunde
in masina, chiar si ascuns, neavand tastele de comanda pe corpul statiei.
Alimentare
Alimentati mufa de bricheta la mufa dedicata din autoturismul Dvs. Asigurati-va ca
autoturismul Dvs. ofera o alimentare de 12V si nu de 24V.
Conectarea antenei
Conectati antena CB la mufa ANT pozitionata pe panoul din spate al statiei. Antena
trebuie sintonizata pe banda radio CB (27 MHz). Pentru a controla functionarea
corecta a antenei, folositi un SWR-metru. Pentru o functionare optima a ansambu-
lui statie-antena, valoarea SWR-ului trebuie sa fie cat mai mica posibil si nu trebuie
sa depaseasca valoarea 2. O valoare ridicata a SWR-ului indica o problema a antenei
(controlati linia de transmisie, asigurati-va ca nu Este intrerupt sau defect cablul
coaxial al antenei). Nu transmiteti niciodata fara sa aveti conectata o antena!
Nota: Antena radio trebuie montata cat mai departe de alte antene, obiecte metalice si
surse de interferente. De obicei, antenele CB trebuie instalate pe partea cea mai inalta
a vehicoluluisi pe suprafete metalice. O suprafata metalica suficient de mare este esen-
tiala pentru buna functionare a antenei. In cazul autovehiculelor fara suprafete metalice
(fibra de sticla sau plastic), se pot folosi antene speciale ce nu necesita prezenta unui
plan metalic pentru masa.
