4.3. Установка дати й часу

Цей вимірювач артеріального тиску автоматично зберігає час та дату кожного вимірювання.

Це дуже важлива інформація, оскільки артеріальний тиск змінюється протягом дня.

1. Після того, як нові батареї вставлені, на дисплеї заблимає числове значення року. Рік

встановлюється натисненням кнопки M. Для того, щоб підтвердити введене значення і

потім встановити місяць, натисніть кнопку TIME (Час).

2. Тепер можна встановити місяць, використовуючи кнопку M. Для того, щоб підтвердити

введене значення і потім встановити день, натисніть кнопку TIME (Час).

3. Дотримуючись інструкцій, що приведені вище, встановіть день, годину, хвилину.

4. Після установки хвилин і натиснення кнопки TIME (Час) на екрані з'являться дата і час.

5. Для зміни дати і часу натисніть й утримуйте кнопкуTIME (Час) приблизно протягом 3 секунд,

поки не почне мигати рік. Тепер можна ввести нові значення, як це описано вище.

5. Проведення вимірювання

5.1. До вимірювання

• Безпосередньо до вимірювання кров’яного тиску уникайте прийому їжі, паління та всіляких

зусиль. Всі ці фактори впливають на результати вимірювань. Перед вимірюванням посидьте

в кріслі приблизно 5 хвилин в спокійній обстановці, щоб зняти внутрішню напругу.

• Вимірюйте тиск завжди на тому ж самому зап’ясті (звичайно лівому).

• Намагайтесь проводити вимірювання регулярно в один і той же час доби, тому що

кров’яний тиск змінюється протягом дня.
