screw head and thread remove or replace the big silver screw without any violence.

 Work carefully, exactly and also take care not to tilt the screws or damage the screw

head. Never remove or replace the screw with any resort to violence. Damaged

screw heads or threads can cause malfunction.

 The non slip feet can be cleaned with any grease-removing cleanser, such as alcohol or

window cleaner.

 Storage: Align the thickness guide with the blade. Wrap the cord into the storage area in

the bottom of the food slicer.

 Always take care that the appliance is completely dry when storing and before using it!

 If not in use store the appliance in a dry, cool place protected from humidity, heat and dust.

Disassembling the bread-carriage for Cleaning

Before disassembling the bread-carriage for cleaning, always switch-off

unit and unplug from mains first.

 Unscrew the black plastic screw located at the right side of the rail, and

take it off.

 Pull the bread-carriage off the rail. You can now clean the bread-carriage

by hand or in a dishwasher. After cleaning, dry it thouroughly before you

assemble it again.

 To assemble the bread-carriage, put it on the rail again and connect the rail

to its connection joints at the left and right sides.

 Fix the black screw and tighten it again.

 Ensure that the rail and carriage are fixed again.
