Za opekač dajemo 24-mesečno jamstvo. Začne se z dnevom nakupa (blagajniški račun)
V primeru motenj predajte svojemu prodajalcu celoten izdelek s podatki o napaki in z
originalnim računom (blagajniški račun), ki je nujen za brezplačno popravilo ali zamenjavo -
vse skupaj mora biti v originalni embalaži.
V primeru reklamacije se obrnite na prodajno mesto.
Prosimo za razumevanje, vendar so vsaki kulančni zahtevki izključeni:
- po poteku življenjske dobe, ki je pogojena z načinom izdelave, življenjsko dobo, še posebej
za baterije, akumulatorje in žarnice itd.
- za potrošni pribor in obrabne dele, kot npr pogonski jermeni, ogljikove krtačke motorja, zobne
ščetke, brusilne nastavke, priključke za gnetenje, metlice, nastavke za palični mešalnik,
okrogle nože itd.
- pri škodah zaradi zloma, kot npr. steklo, porcelan ali plastika
- pri poškodbah med transportom, napačni uporabi ter
- pri pomanjkljivi negi, čiščenju in vzdrževanju ter neupoštevanju navodil
za uporabo in montažo
- pri kemičnih in/ali elektrokemičnih vplivih
- pri delovanju z napačno vrsto toka, oz. napetosti toka in pri priključku na neustrezen
vir toka
- pri nenormalnih okoljskih pogojih in pri neustreznih delovnih pogojih
- ter takrat, če so popravila ali posege opravljale tuje osebe
ki za to nimajo naših pooblastil ali,
- če so bile naše naprave opremljene z nadomestnimi deli, dopolnili ali priborom,
ki niso originalni deli ali,
- ali še je okvaro povzročil stik z neustreznimi snovmi
