7.2 i-TTL-flitsfunctie
De meeste camera's van Nikon ondersteunen de i-
TTL-flitsfunctie ( ).
Bij de opname worden, voorafgaand aan de eigen-
lijke belichting enkele, nauwelijks zichtbare meet-
flitsen door de flitser ontstoken.
Het gereflecteerde licht van die meetflitsen wordt
door de camera geëvalueerd. Overeenkomstig deze
evaluatie wordt de dan volgende flitsbelichting
door de camera afgestemd op de opnamesituatie
(zie voor nadere details de gebruiksaanwijzing van
uw camera).
Het instellen van de flitsfunctie
• Schakel de flitser met de toets
in.
Het opstartscherm verschijnt.
De flitser schakelt altijd in met de het laatst
gebruikte flitsfunctie.
• Toets indrukken, het keuzemenu ver-
schijnt.
• Met de toetsen de modus selecteren.
• Toets
° indrukken en de gekozen modus
bevestigen.
• Stel op de camera een overeenkomende functie
in, bijv. P, S, A enz.
• Tip de ontspanknop op de camera even aan,
zodat er een uitwisseling van gegevens tussen
camera en flitser plaats kan vinden.

7.3 i-TTL-BL-flitsfunctie
Deze digitale flitsfunctie wordt alleen door came-
ra's ondersteund als deze zijn voorzien van een
objectief dat de afstandsgegevens aan de camera
doorgeeft (bijv. de 'D-AF-Nikkor objectieven). Bij de
opname worden deze gegevens bij de dosering van
het flitslicht door de camera in acht genomen.
Het instellen van de flitsfunctie
• Schakel de flitser met de toets
in.
Het opstartscherm verschijnt.
De flitser schakelt altijd in met de het laatst
gebruikte flitsfunctie.
• Stel op de camera een overeenkomende functie
in, bijv. P, S, A enz.
• Tip de ontspanknop op de camera even aan,
zodat er een uitwisseling van gegevens tussen
camera en flitser plaats kan vinden.
• Toets indrukken, het keuzemenu ver-
schijnt.
• Met de toetsen de modus
selecteren.
• Toets
° indrukken en de gekozen modus
bevestigen.
De instelling treedt onmiddellijk in werking.
De BL flitser wordt niet ondersteund op sommige
camera's, Als de belichting spotmeting actief is.
Deze flitser modus (symbool "BL") wordt automa-
tisch verwijderd of kan niet worden geactiveerd.
