5.1 Indicazione della modalità del flash
Sul display verrà visualizzata la modalità del
flash impostata. A tal proposito sono possi-
bili diverse indicazioni relative alla modalità
flash TTL di volta in volta supportata (z.B.
e ) e al modo flash M manuale a
seconda del tipo di camera (vedi 7.3).
5.2 Indicazione campo di utilizzo
Nell'utilizzo di fotocamere e in caso di obiet-
tivo CPU comparirà sul display l'indicazione
del campo di utilizzo.
Tra fotocamera e flash deve avvenire inoltre
uno scambio dati, ad es. toccando legger-
mente il pulsante di scatto. Il campo di uti-
lizzo può essere visualizzato in metri (m) o in
feet (ft) (vedi 11.5).
Non viene indicato il campo di utilizzo . . .
- se non sono stati trasmessi dati alla foto-
camera.
- se la testa della parabola viene spostata
dalla sua normale posizione (verso l'alto,
verso il basso o lateralmente).
- il flash lavora in modalità SLAVE o SERVO.

In tali modalità ( , , ,
; vedi 7) viene visualizzato sul
display il valore massimo del campo di
utilizzo del flash.
l valore visualizzato si riferisce ad un grado
di riflessione del 25% del soggetto.
Ciò riguarda la maggior parte delle situazioni
di ripresa. Scostamenti elevati del grado di
riflessione, ad es. in presenza di soggetti
molto o poco riflettenti, possono influenzare
il campo di utilizzo del flash.
Il soggetto dovrebbe trovarsi fra il 40% e il
70% circa della portata massima. Ciò con-
sente al sistema elettronico di avere un
sufficiente margine di compensazione.
Per evitare una sovraesposizione non si dov-
rebbe restare a una distanza dal soggetto
inferiore a quella minima indicata sul
display.
L’adattamento alle diverse situazioni di rip-
resa è possibile ad es. variando l’apertura
del diaframma sull’obiettivo.
