11.3 AF-BEAM (AF-hulplicht)
Wanneer het AF-meetsysteem van een digita-
le AF-spiegelreflexcamera vanwege te lage
omgevingshelderheid niet kan scherpstellen,
wordt door de camera het in de flitser inge-
bouwde AF-hulplicht ቯ geactiveerd.
Dit projecteert een streeppatroon op het
onderwerp, waarop de camera dan kan
scherpstellen.
Met de functie 'AF-BEAM' kan het AF-hulp-
licht in- of uitgeschakeld worden.
De reikwijdte bedraagt ong. 6 m …9m
(bij standaardobjectief F/1,7, f=50mm).
Vanwege de parallax tussen objectief en
AF-hulplicht in de flits, ligt de dichtbijgrens
met AF-hulplicht op ong. 0,7 tot 1 m.
Om het AF-hulplicht ቯ op de camera te acti-
veren, moet op de camera AF-functie op
'Single-AF (S-AF)' staan ingesteld en op de
flitser moet de flitsparaatheid zijn aangege-
ven.
Sommige cameramodellen ondersteunen
alleen het in de camera ingebouwde AF-hulp-
licht. Het AF-hulplicht van de flitser wordt
dan niet geactiveerd (bijv. bij compact-
camera's; zie de gebruiksaanwijzing van uw
camera)!
Lichtzwakke zoomobjectieven beperken de
reikwijdte van het AF-hulplicht soms
behoorlijk!
Sommige cameramodellen ondersteunen
alleen met de centrale AF-sensor van de
camera het AF-hulplicht ቯ in de flitser.
Wordt een decentrale AF-sensor uitgekozen,
dan wordt het AF-hulplicht ቯ in de flitser
niet geactiveerd!
Het instellen
• Druk zo vaak op de toets ቨ, dat het
keuzemenu verschijnt.
• Druk in het aanraakscherm op de
sensortoets .
• Druk in het aanraakscherm op de sensor-
toetsen en kies „AF BEAM”.
• Druk in het aanraakscherm op de sensor-
toets .
• Druk in het aanraakscherm op de sensor-
toets c.q. .
De instelling treedt onmiddellijk in werking.
