Dear Customer,
We thank you for your confidence in our mecablitz
MB 40 AF-4 M.
The MB 40 AF-4 M flashgun has been especially
designed for Minolta Dynax cameras.
IMPORTANT: Never mount the flashgun in the
accessory shoe of any other system camera,
otherwise the flashgun’s foot or the camera’s
accessory shoe can be destroyed! The dedicated
contacts in the foot only support the controlling
commands of Minolta Dynax cameras.
Please read these operating instructions carefully,
even if, at first sight, some points may not appear to
be of interest. Our design work placed particular
value on ensuring that operation of the mecablitz is
as simple as possible, but it should be noted that the
system cameras for which the flashgun is intended
offer a great diversity of capabilities.

ci rallegriamo per la sua decisione di acquistare il
nostro mecablitz MB 40 AF-4 M.
Il lampeggiatore MB 40 AF-4 M è stato costruito per
le fotocamere a sistema Minolta Dynax. Non lo
monti in nessun caso sulla slitta accessori di foto-
camere di altre marche. In caso contrario la base
del flash o la slitta accessori della fotocamera pot-
rebbero venire danneggiate. I contatti sulla base
del flash del 40 AF-4 M sono adatti solo per i
comandi delle fotocamere dedicate Minolta Dynax.
Legga quindi con attenzione e fino in fondo questo
manuale di istruzioni, anche se a prima vista alcuni
paragrafi non Le sembreranno particolarmente interes-
santi. E’ vero che noi abbiamo tentato durante la
costruzione del mecablitz di rendere questo appa-
recchio relativamente facile da usare, ma le fotocame-
re a sistema con cui il lampeggiatore viene impiegato
offrono in effetti una vasta serie di possibilità
.

El flash MB 40 AF-4 M esta diseñado especial-
mente para las cámaras de sistema Minolta
Dynax. No lo debe utilizar en la zapata accesorio
de otras cámaras de sistema. De lo contrario se
destrozaría el pie del flash del aparato o la zapa-
ta accesorio de la cámara! Los contactos en el
pie del flash del 40 AF-4 M sólo obedecen los
comandos de control de las cámaras de sistema
Minolta Dynax.
Lea con detenimiento estas instrucciones, aunque
haya temas que a simple vista no parezcan inte-
resantes. Hemos procurado que el manejo sea lo
más simple posible, pero las cámaras de sistema en
las que se puede utilizar el flash, sin embargo ofre-
cen múltiples posibilidades.
Por favor abra la doble pàgina con el dibujo al
final de las instrucciones.
