Bij sommige camera’s wordt de opslag van de flitsbelichting
FE in het ’groene’ geheel geprogrammeerd c.q. de onder-
werpsprogramma’s niet ondersteund (zie de gebruiksaan-
wijzing van de camera)!
Geheugen voor de meetwaarden van de flitsbelichting
Sommige camera’s beschikken over een geheugen voor de
meetwaarden van de flitsbelichting (FV-geheugen). Dit wordt
door de flitser in de i-TTL flitsfunctie ondersteund. Daarmee
kan voorafgaand aan de eigenlijke belichting reeds de dose-
ring van de flitsbelichting voor de eerstvolgende opname wor-
den vastgelegd. Dit is vooral dan zinvol als de flitsbelichting
op een bepaald onderwerpsdetail afgestemd moet worden,
dat niet persé identiek aan het hoofdonderwerp hoeft te zijn.
Het activeren van deze functie vindt op de camera plaats in
een individuele functie.
5.7.3 Nikon i-TTL-flitsfunctie
De i-TTL-flitsfunctie is een doorontwikkelde variant op de
standaard TTL-flitsfunctie van analoge camera’s.
Voorafgaand aan de eigenlijke belichting worden bij de
opname meerdere, vrijwel onzichtbare meetflitsen door de
flitser afgegeven. De hoeveelheid gereflecteerd licht wordt
door de camera geëvalueerd. In overeenstemming met de
verwerking wordt de erna volgende flitsbelichting door de
camera optimaal aangepast aan de opnamesituatie.
Afhankelijk van het type camera wordt door de flitser auto-
matisch de standaard TTL- c.q. i–TTL flitsfunctie geactiveerd!
5.7.4 TTL flitsen met meetflits vooraf (Olympus)
Bij de opname worden voorafgaand aan de eigenlijke
belichting een of meerdere flitsen door de flitser afgegeven.
De camera evalueert deze vooraf ontstoken meetflits en
regelt de lichtafgifte van de flitser voor de hoofdflits.
De flitser wordt door de camera automatisch op deze
modus ingesteld.
