Horisontal kontrol
Kontrol af linjeniveauet på den horisontale
laserlinje Ill. (C3)
Til den horisontale kontrol skal man bruge 2 parallelle vægge i en afstand S
på mindst 5 m.
1.
Stil MLL 3-20 så tæt som muligt foran væggen A på en horisontal flade.
2. MLL 3-20 udrettes med et udgangsvindue til den lodrette laserlinje
på væggen A.
3. Tænd laserapparatet (skydekontakt (15) ).
4. E er den automatiske indnivellering bliver det synlige laserlinjekryds
markeret på væggen A. Markering 1.
5. Drej MLL 3-20 180° og udret det med det samme udgangsvindue til
den lodrette laserlinje på væggen B. Højdejusteringen må ikke ændres.
6. E er den automatiske indnivellering bliver det synlige laserlinjekryds
markeret på væggen B. Markering 2.
7. Omstil nu laserapparatet umiddelbart foran væggen B. Selve MLL 3-20
udrettes med det samme udgangsvindue til den lodrette laserlinje
på væggen B.
8. Laserlinjekrydset bliver via drejning og indstilling af højden bragt præcis
på linje med markering 2.
9. Drej MLL 3-20 180° og udret det med det samme udgangsvindue til den
lodrette laserlinje på væggen A. Højdejusteringen må ikke ændres.
10. Laserlinjekrydset bliver via drejning bragt præcis på linje med
markeringslinjen for markering 1.
11. E er den automatiske indnivellering bliver det synlige laserlinjekryds
markeret på væggen A. Markering 3.
12. Den lodrette afstand mellem markeringerne 1 og 3 bliver målt.
Denne kontrol skal gennemføres med begge lodrette laserlinjer!
Afstand S til væggen: maksimalt tilladt afstand:
05 m 3,0 mm
10 m 6,0 mm
15 m 9,0 mm
