Horisontalkontroll
Kontroll av linjenivået til horisontal laserlinje Bilde (C3)
For den horisontale kontrollen er det nødvendig med 2 parallelle vegger i
avstand S på minst 5 m.
1.
MLL 3-20 settes helst i nærheten av vegg A på en horisontal flate.
2. MLL 3-20 rettes ut med et utgangsvindu for vertikal laserlinje på vegg A.
3. Slå på laserapparatet ( skyvebryter (15) ).
4. Etter automatisk nivellering markeres det synlige laserlinjekrysset
på vegg A. Markering 1.
5. MLL 3-20 dreies180° og med samme utgangsvindu for vertikal laserlinje
rettes det ut på vegg B. Høydeinnstillingen får ikke endres.
6. Etter automatisk nivellering markeres det synlige laserlinjekrysset
på vegg B. Markering 2.
7. Laserapparatet settes nå umiddelbart foran vegg B. MLL 3-20 rettes ut
med samme utgangsvindu for vertikal laserlinje på vegg B.
8. Laserlinjekrysset anbringes gjennom dreining og regulering av høyden,
nøyaktig med markering 2 i dekning.
9. MLL 3-20 dreies180° og med samme utgangsvindu for vertikal laserlinje
rettes det ut på vegg A. Høydeinnstillingen får ikke endres.
10. Laserlinjekrysset anbringes nøyaktig med markeringslinje til
markering 1 i dekning.
11. Etter automatisk nivellering markeres det synlige laserlinjekrysset
på vegg A. Markering 3.
12. Loddrett avstand mellom markeringene 1 og 3 måles.
Denne kontrollen skal gjennomføres med begge vertikale laserlinjer!
Avstand S til vegg: maksimal tillatt avstand:
05 m 3,0 mm
10 m 6,0 mm
15 m 9,0 mm
