5. Float voltage setup; High Voltage Disconnection (HVD):
This parameter stands for the HVD voltage. In the main interface, press the MENU button to go to the float
voltage interface. Now, press the MENU button for more than 5 seconds, until the numbers start flashing.
Use the SET and MENU buttons to adjust the parameter making it lower (SET) or higher (MENU). When the
adjustment is finished, press the MENU button again for more than 5 seconds, until the numbers stop flashing.
The adjustment is now saved. If there is no further action for 20 seconds, the interface will switch back to the
main interface.
6. Low Voltage Reconnection (LVR) voltage:
When the battery voltage is low, the controller will stop the output to the load. When the output needs to be
turned on again, the battery voltage must be higher than the LVD voltage, or press the SET button to force
a release. The process of adjusting the parameter with the SET and MENU button is the same as described
above at point 5.
7. Low Voltage Disconnection (LVD) voltage:
When the battery voltage is low, the load output will be turned off. If the controller detects that the battery
voltage is lower than the LVD voltage, the output will be immediately turned off. The status of the controller
is now locked as well. The battery has to be charged. To turn the load output back on, the battery voltage
must be higher than the LVD voltage, or press the SET button to force a release. The process of adjusting the
parameter with the SET and MENU button is the same as described above at point 5..
Note: Generally users don’t need to adjust. Before making adjustments, please refer to the
recommendations of the battery’s supplier, or the battery might be (irreparably) damaged.
8. Selecting the load working mode:
By default the operating hours of the load will be set to 24h. When set at 24h, the load will keep operating all
24 hours, when there is no error.
When set to less than 23 hours, the timer or sensor function will be activated. The load will turn on at sunset.
The load will turn off at sunrise, or at the hour at which the timer has been set.
9. Selecting the system voltage:
The default mode is ‘UTO’, a system voltage of 12/24V. When the battery voltage is more than 18V, the
controller will automatically change to 24V. When the battery voltage is less than 18V, the controller will
automatically change to 12V.
If the system voltage is set to mode ‘1’, the controller will keep the voltage under 12V. This will take effect
after reconnecting the battery.
If the system voltage is set to mode ‘2’, the controller will keep the voltage under 24V. This will take effect
after reconnecting the battery.
