#De auto verlaten en uit in de omgeving van de auto blijven, tot de motor is afgekoeld.
#Het koelvloeistofniveau controleren (/ pagina 668).
#De luchttoevoer naar de radiateur mag niet worden belemmerd; dit controleren.
#Tot de volgende gekwalificeerde werkplaats verder rijden zonder hoge motorbelasting. Daarbij erop letten dat de temperatuurindicatie koelvloeistof onder
120 °C blijft.

*Het gele waarschuwingslampje motordiagnose brandt wanneer de motor draait.
Er is een storing van de motor, het uitlaatsysteem of het brandstofsysteem aanwezig.
De emissiegrenswaarden kunnen daardoor worden overschreden en de motor kan in het noodprogramma draaien.
#De auto zo snel mogelijk laten controleren bij een gekwalificeerde werkplaats.
